My name is Dave, and I’m a composer. I’ll keep this brief as nobody wants to sift through a dull auto-biography!
Basically I’m a composer with an ability for versatility, everything from EDM, to World Music, from bombastic Trailer Cues to creepy ambient horror. This versatility can often mean a lack of quality in certain areas, I’ll allow my samples to speak for themselves. As a person with Autism I am very adept at writing in a multitude of styles, I have an ear and ability to play almost anything. I’ve been in music for 20 years, had various successes and am an easy going and affable person (lets be honest, that’s the sort of person we like to work with no matter what line of work!).
If you’re looking to work with me on a project, or require some cues for a short piece then please do not hesitate to get in contact, I feel that sometimes this process can be overwhelming when you’re trying to understand technical musical terms, so I very much lean into the “feeling” that a creative person wishes to achieve and like to discuss elements such as mood, looking at a director or producer’s over all tone, often I find the shared love of film, games and music in general is a great place to start, because you already have a frame of reference.
